Ed Wallace

Ed Wallace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Contract Specialist V at Martek Global Services, Inc. since January 2018, Wallace also functions as the Branch Chief managing the Procurement Operations Branch at NASA Shared Services Center since October 2011. Previous positions include Contracting Officer roles at SPAWAR and SSC LANT, as well as Director of Contracts at SPAWAR New Orleans, where oversight of the awarding of approximately $100 million in contracts annually was a key responsibility. Wallace began a contracting career at NAVAIR from 1987 to 1996. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from George Mason University.
