Adam Cloud

Adam M. Cloud is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and public finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Brewer Lane Ventures since September 2022, Adam previously held the position of Treasurer for the City of Hartford, managing the city’s $2 billion retirement plans from January 2011 to September 2022. Prior to this role, Adam was the Principal of The Cloud Company from 2005 to 2011 and served as Managing Director at Advest, Inc. from September 1996 to December 2005, specializing in public finance investment banking. Adam holds a Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law (1996) and a BA in Liberal Arts from Howard University (1991).
