Martin Industrial Park consists of over 142,000 square feet of warehouse/office space zoned I-1 in the town of Edmonstron Maryland in the Hyattsville/Riverdale area of suburban Washington DC's Prince George's County.  Located between Baltimore Avenue (Route 1) and Kenilworth Avenue ( Route 201) Martin Industrial Park offers quick and easy immediate access to Washington DC as well as access to the Richmond and Baltimore via the Capital Beltway and Route 95 and Annaplois via Route 50.

During the late 50s, when George C. Martin Jr. was a student in the Department of Architecture at The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C., he designed a number of warehouses for his father, George C. Martin Sr. and uncles who were in the process of developing a plot of land (27 acres) called Industrial City, Inc., in Bladensburg Maryland.  At that time they also purchased a six acre site in Edmonston Maryland (about a mile away) from the Daniels brothers (Standard Properties) which would later become Martin Industrial Park.
