For more than 70 years, the renowned Italian design company Martinelli Luce has led the way in the creation of recognizable and cutting-edge lighting solutions. Elio Martinelli founded the business in Lucca in 1953, and it is currently led by his daughter Emiliana (chairwoman), and his grandson Marco (CEO), while preserving the company's original inventiveness and distinctive family identity.

True design icons like Pipistrello, Serpente, and Cobra are the result of Martinelli Luce's inspiration from geometry and nature. With an approach that combines aesthetics, utility, and technology, the catalog has grown over time to include outdoor products, technical systems, and ornamental lamps.

Additionally, the company collaborates with designers and architects to provide custom solutions for public, commercial, and residential settings.

The Compasso d'Oro, the iF Product Design Award, and the German Design Award are just a few of the international honors the brand has won. A few of its lamps can be found in design collections and museums, such as the Triennale in Milan and MoMA in New York.
