The family owned company MARTOR, based in Solingen/Germany, is the internationally leading manufacturer and premium supplier of safer cutting solutions. Together with our sales partners, we deliver high-quality cutting tools to customers and dealers in more than 70 countries on all five of the world's continents.  

MARTOR sets itself apart with its safety knife products. Professional users from every industrial branch and from crafts and trades use them to open boxes and sacks safely and efficiently, to cut paper, film, carpets, PVC, rubber, leather, polystyrene and foam, and to slit open strappings and adhesive tape.

Martor knives use GS-certified safety technology to increase safety at work and reduce injuries from cutting. This makes the knives essential personal protective equipment. The company's innovative energy is demonstrated by its numerous patents.

Product development, manufacture and administration are based in Solingen, "the city of blades", from where global sales are also managed. Around 140 employees in Solingen are dedicated to daily upholding the MARTOR brand values of product quality and close customer relations.
