Nick Hayes is an Edinburgh-based designer and strategist from Aotearoa New Zealand, currently serving as Head of Design at MarTrust. With a decade of industry experience, Nick has collaborated with global brands to develop products and services that address business challenges and fulfill human needs. Nick's previous roles include founding designer at the Design for Health & Wellbeing Lab, senior product designer at Thriva Health and Edition, and experience designer at Digital Arts Network Auckland. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Master of Art and Design in Industrial and Product Design from Auckland University of Technology, among other qualifications.
