Sandeep Dayal

Sandeep Dayal has a strong background in technology and SAP-enabled transformation programs. Sandeep is currently serving as the SVP & Head of SAP at Marvel Technologies Inc. From 2006 to 2023, Sandeep worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, specializing in global program delivery of digital business transformations. Sandeep was responsible for competency building, pre-sales, program management, and talent development. Sandeep also worked at IBM BCS as a Managing Consultant from 2002 to 2006, leading SAP-enabled transformation programs in the life sciences and utilities industries. Sandeep held a similar role at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2000 to 2002, focusing on SAP-enabled transformation programs for the life sciences industry. Prior to that, Sandeep worked at Intelligroup, Inc. as a Senior Systems Analyst from 1994 to 2000, delivering application development for SAP-enabled transformation programs. Sandeep began their career at Nucleus Software Workshop Ltd in 1990, where they played a key role in the consumer banking product transformation for Citibank India. Sandeep's responsibilities included migrating to a client-server architecture, product management, and training and mentoring activities. Sandeep Dayal has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Indian Jobs and Careers. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mathematics from Ravishankar University. Sandeep has also obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in December 2020, and they are a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since September 2005.
