Anna Lee is a Senior Regional HR Business Partner with over 20 years of progressive HR experience, including 15 years focused on strategic HR business consulting in the high-tech industry. Currently serving as the Country HR Head for Singapore and China at Marvell Technology, Anna partners with senior stakeholders to advise on HR and talent strategy. Previously, Anna held various HR roles at companies such as Seagate Technology, Siemens Medical Instruments, and Symantec, where Anna developed expertise in employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational change management. Anna is also effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. Currently, Anna is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management at RMIT University.
