Chenxi Li

Chenxi Li, Ph.D., is a Sr. Staff Advanced Package Design Engineer at Marvell Technology, specializing in advanced packaging solutions. They hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Rice University, where they conducted significant research in 3D packaging technologies and contributed to innovative processes that improved thermal conductivity and reduced parasitic capacitance. Prior to Marvell, Chenxi gained experience at Micron Technology and Applied Materials, where they worked on advanced packaging integration and hybrid bonding techniques. Additionally, their research at Huazhong University of Science and Technology led to the invention of a new organic electrode material for supercapacitors.
