Erik Petersen is currently the Senior Director of Workplace Design and Delivery at Marvell Semiconductor. They began their career in 2004 as a contract supervisor at Solectron after graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. Over the years, Erik transitioned through various roles, including facilities engineer and manager, ultimately becoming the Director of Facilities at Flex. Erik was recognized for their contributions, leading to several accolades, including the global Flex CEO award for water efficiency. In March 2022, they joined Marvell Technology as the Director of Facilities Engineering, Construction & Capital Planning and have recently been promoted to their current role.
