Fateme Modares is an experienced Advance IC Package Design Engineer and RF Design Engineer, currently serving as a Senior Staff in IC Packaging, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity at Marvell Technology. With a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Alberta and a strong background in RFIC design, microwave imaging, and electromagnetic sensors, Fateme has contributed significantly to research and education as a research and teaching assistant at both the University of Alberta and Iran University of Science and Technology.
