Gary Ignatin

Gary Ignatin is an experienced executive in corporate development, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Marvell Semiconductor since 2017. Prior to this role, Gary held multiple positions at Broadcom from 2000 to 2016, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. Gary also worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as Director of Business and Legal Affairs between 1998 and 2000 and began a career at Latham & Watkins as an Associate from 1993 to 1998. Gary earned a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from Princeton University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
