Heather Loa

Heather Loa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chief Security Officer at Marvell Technology since September 2024, Heather provides strategic support to the Chief Security Officer and the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, as a Senior Advisor at Dell Technologies from January 2011 to January 2024, Heather managed over 15 domestic and international events annually, engaging with C-Suite level executives. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Professional Business Management at IBM Corporation from July 2003 to February 2009, focusing on executive administrative tasks and project management within a strategic research unit. Early career experience includes working as a Program Assistant at Round Rock Express from January 2000 to July 2003, where Heather coordinated game day formats and promotions. Heather holds a degree from St. Edward's University, completed in January 2000.
