Jim Dworkin

Jim Dworkin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and high-tech industries. Currently serving as AVP in the Custom Cloud Solutions Business Unit at Marvell Technology, Jim leads a cross-functional team to develop custom ASIC solutions for AI compute, storage, memory, infrastructure, and security applications. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager of the Cloud Business Unit at Intel PSG, where record revenue growth was achieved, and Sr. Director positions at Xilinx and Broadcom, overseeing significant revenue increases and successful product launches. With a career spanning over three decades, Jim combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
