John Goss

John Goss is currently a Principal Engineer in Hardware & Silicon Validation at Marvell Technology, where they specialize in embedded memory test, debug, characterization, and qualification. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on ASIC and custom logic test development, and as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Avera SEMI, concentrating on ASIC quality and reliability. John has also worked as an Advisory Engineer at IBM, where they contributed to the development of test specifications for ASIC design systems. They hold a BSEE and an MSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Vermont.
