Jon Belli

Jon Belli serves as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Marvell Technology since July 2018, following an earlier role as Associate General Counsel at Cavium Inc. Jon possesses extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management, compliance, SEC reporting, executive compensation, M&A, trade compliance, IP matters, and various aspects of litigation. Previous roles include Assistant General Counsel at QLogic and an associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and SEC reporting. Belli holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Duke University.
