Jonathan Rosch

Jonathan Rosch is a Principal Engineer specializing in advanced packaging and assembly operations at Marvell Technology, where they focus on new substrate technologies. They earned a B.A. in Physics, an M.S. in Optics, and a Ph.D. in Optics from the University of Central Florida, with research on visual effects in search tasks for their dissertation. Jonathan has previously held positions as a Senior Packaging Engineer at Intel Corporation and as a Graduate Researcher, where they worked on military training simulations involving eye-tracking systems. They also participated in an international research program in nonlinear optics in France as a Research Assistant at CREOL.
