Matthew Bashaw serves as the Associate Vice President of Coherent DSP Systems Applications Engineering at Marvell Technology since June 2021, focusing on customer enablement and innovation in coherent fiber optic modules for telecom and cloud networks. Prior to this role, Matthew held leadership positions at Inphi Corporation and ClariPhy Communications, successfully directing customer integration efforts that contributed to major acquisitions. Additional experience includes a tenure at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Manager in Optical Engineering and roles in fiber optic systems and optical data storage at SiValley Technologies and Kestrel Solutions. Matthew holds a PhD in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale University, a BS in Physics from the University of Notre Dame, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University.
