Patrick O'Leary

Patrick O'Leary currently serves as Director of Semiconductor Package Engineering at Marvell Technology, a position held since November 2019, following various leadership roles. Previously, O'Leary was with GLOBALFOUNDRIES from July 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Avera Semiconductor packaging new product introduction team as a Senior Engineering Manager and Deputy Director of Technology & Development. Earlier experience includes over two decades at IBM, culminating in senior engineering management roles across manufacturing engineering and Interconnect Products. O'Leary holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University.
