Rob Kuhn is currently the Senior Counsel for Data Privacy & Protection at Marvell Semiconductor, where they provide legal advice focused on employment law, privacy, and information management. Previously, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Privacy and Employment Law at Marvell Technology, and as Senior Corporate Counsel, Employment Law and Litigation. Rob gained valuable experience as a Student Advocate at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center and an Investigative Clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from San Francisco State University and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
