Runzi Chang

Runzi Chang is a distinguished engineer with extensive experience in foundry technology and semiconductor manufacturing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Foundry Technology at Marvell Technology since 2006. Over a successful career, Runzi has held various leadership roles at Marvell, including Director and Deputy Director of Foundry Technology, and has a strong background in technology enablement, new product introduction, and high-volume manufacturing. Prior experience includes roles at Applied Materials as a Senior Process Integration Engineer and a Research Intern at Intel. Runzi Chang holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University.
