Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in ASIC verification and leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Marvell Technology since August 2018, Santosh drives next-generation Machine Learning IP verification for baseband and data center ASICs, overseeing a team of over 20 members and managing various aspects of project execution and resource allocation. Previously held positions include Sr Staff Manager at Marvell, where Santosh led SoC verification for automotive SoCs, and Staff Manager at Cavium Inc, focusing on SR-IOV-enabled IP verification. Additional experience includes over a decade at Juniper Networks, where responsibilities spanned from ASIC verification to managing offshore teams. Santosh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.
