Shariful Alam

Shariful Alam is currently a Staff Engineer at Marvell Technology, where they are developing a bring-up and unit testing framework on Zephyr OS and reviewing the Security Development Lifecycle – Assessment. They completed a Ph.D. in Computing with a focus on Cybersecurity from Boise State University, where they also gained extensive research experience in reducing the attack surface on operating system kernels. With nearly three years of industry experience as a Senior Security and Crypto Engineer, Shariful has worked on firmware development and CXL technology. Prior to that, they held positions as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Assistant, contributing to both educational and research initiatives.
