Stephen Kessler is an experienced engineer with a strong background in ASIC design and application engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Marvell Technology since November 2019, Stephen specializes in applications for ASIC designs incorporating Marvell or third-party SerDes IP. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Senior Member of Technical Staff supporting High-Speed SerDes designs from July 2015 to November 2019. Stephen's extensive career began at IBM, spanning over three decades, where responsibilities included supporting ASIC designs with SerDes, overseeing design architecture and timing connections, and engaging in board-level filter design. Stephen also has experience from Bethlehem Steel as a Design Engineer, focusing on an interface for a disk storage unit. Stephen holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Lehigh University.
