Yan L. is a strategic leader and enabler specializing in analog design validation and hardware development. With over fourteen years of hands-on experience in post-silicon design validation, testing, and project management, Yan has contributed significantly to multiple processes and projects, ensuring high-quality standards in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the Director of Analog Design Validation and Hardware Design at Marvell Technology, they previously held various engineering roles at Inphi Corporation and Scintera Networks. Yan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from CSUN and an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and continues to enhance their expertise through ongoing education at Coursera and the University of Maryland, College Park.
