Tadeo Ottonello has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tadeo began their career at Siderca S.A.I.C. as a Human Resources Intern, where they automated reports using VBA and prepared reports on sector development. Tadeo then joined Valeo as a Supply Planner, where they forecasted component requirements, coordinated with suppliers, and maintained a database of supplier information.
Tadeo then moved to Refineria Del Centro S.A. and took on multiple roles. Tadeo started as a Technical Office Engineer, where they created technical solutions for maintenance issues and developed metrics and plans for preventive and predictive maintenance. Tadeo later became a Production Team Lead, responsible for ensuring timely production and identifying opportunities for improvement. Tadeo then served as a Production Supervisor, ensuring safe and profitable production while coordinating activities and resources. Finally, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator, responsible for securing production by coordinating material logistics and managing warehouse operations.
