Clients are typically seeking financing above $2 million

Timeframe for Receipt of Funds:
Our capital providers complete a comprehensive process, covering financial, tax, legal, insurance, and environmental diligence.  From initial consultation to final receipt of funds, the process takes 6-12 weeks.

Capital Providers:
Flexibility is critical, so our financing providers must have the ability to customize repayment schedules, interest rates, and collateral sources.  Our network of Private Investors, Family Offices, and Alternative Investment institutions are able to provide more customized financing options compared to traditional lending sources.
