Marx Foodservice supplies chefs and restaurants with premium meats and specialty proteins that go beyond the broadline.

With deep culinary roots and a chef-driven sourcing approach, we focus on quality, performance, and distinction. Our curated portfolio includes unique cuts and hard-to-find items — from Iberico pork and grass-fed beef to suckling pig, venison, wild game, and more — all selected for flavor, consistency, and versatility in professional kitchens.

Formerly known as North American Meats & More, Marx Foodservice has been serving top chefs in the New York Tri-State area and Seattle metro for decades. Today, we continue that legacy with hands-on support, trusted sourcing partnerships, and products built to deliver — on the menu and in the kitchen.

If your current distributor can’t get it or doesn’t get it, we probably can.
