Tim Salazar

Tim Salazar, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR consulting. Serving as Human Resources Director at Phoenix Foods from August 2018 to March 2022, Tim implemented a talent acquisition strategy that improved hiring quality and reduced time-to-hire, along with successfully negotiating vendor contracts to lower healthcare costs. As Human Resources Manager at Target from May 2022 to January 2023, Tim led initiatives to enhance employee engagement and combat turnover. Tim has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Spectrum Human Resources and held various management roles in the restaurant industry, including General Manager positions at Boudin Bakery & Cafe and Jimmy John's.
