Krissy Winter is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as the Head of Advice South at MAS - Medical Assurance Society since August 2019, Krissy provides leadership and strategic direction. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Distribution Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Risk at Westpac from May 2017 to August 2019, as well as a Senior Commercial Insurance Broker at Hazlett Insurance Brokers Ltd and Rothbury Insurance Brokers, where Krissy excelled in brokering commercial insurance and developing strong client relationships. An accomplished leader, Krissy has a proven track record in risk management, client retention, and business growth, underpinned by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Otago Polytechnic and a Diploma in General Insurance and Finance from ANZIIF.
