MAS PLC is a commercial property investor and operator listed on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with a secondary listing on A2X, operating multiple retail properties throughout CEE. Very profitable retail developments were finalised and investments made, with joint venture partner Prime Kapital. MAS transitioned towards a fully focused CEE-based property investor and operator due to the strong macro fundamentals and extraordinary investment results in CEE, by recycling capital previously invested in WE (Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
