Denisa Dan is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a strong background in software development and training. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Masabi since April 2020, Denisa is part of a self-organizing team focused on building and maintaining backend services for a SaaS-based fare payments and ticketing solution. Prior experience includes roles as a trainer at Software Development Academy from June 2019 to January 2022, where Denisa taught Java and related topics, and as a software engineer at Garmin International and Micro Focus, focusing on feature development and software solutions. Denisa also contributed as a teaching assistant at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and worked as a Java developer and intern at Ullink. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Performance Management and Information Technology in Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
