Tebogo Malope

Tebogo Malope has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the VAS & IN Manager at Mascom Wireless since February 2001. Responsibilities include team management, technology planning, capital budgeting, procurement, project management, and supplier contract negotiations. Prior roles at Mascom Wireless include Core & IN Manager and IN Support Engineer, where Tebogo managed the Intelligent Networks platform, as well as HP-UX administration and Oracle database management. Earlier experience includes an internship at Botswana Telecommunications Corp. in various areas such as switching and network planning. Tebogo holds a Master’s Degree in Development Planning with a focus on Economics and Management from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Telecommunications from the University of Botswana.
