Bogdan Vranes

Bogdan Vranes is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management with a robust career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Offshore QHSE Lead for Masdar, Bogdan drives the company's global QHSE strategy within the offshore wind and battery storage sector, aiming to achieve a 10GW portfolio target by 2030. Previously, as the Global Head of SHEQ at Mainstream Renewable Power, Bogdan oversaw the safety management of over 14 million contractor work hours without major incidents. Additional roles include Project Manager and Technical Coach, Western Europe Compliance Director at Gate Gourmet, and numerous leadership positions at AES and Electricidad de Caracas. Bogdan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety Management from the University of Sunderland and additional certifications in strategic leadership.
