Monica Saadé

Monica Saadé is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Expert in Wellness & Engagement at Masdar, Monica focuses on areas such as wellness, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and strategic projects. Prior to this role, Monica was the Human Resources Manager at Mindspace®, where leadership included reformation of organizational governance. At DUPLAYS, Monica excelled as Manager of Corporate Wellness & Employee Engagement, overseeing significant client management and corporate events for major brands. Earlier experience includes a role as Coordinator of Events & Sponsorships and a client servicing internship at Leo Burnett MENA. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Penn State University and a high school diploma from the American School of Dubai.
