Thomas Blades is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Portfolio Management at Masdar since February 2023, Thomas previously held key positions including Director of M&A at ND Group B.V. and Manager of Strategic Investments at ADNOC Group. Notable achievements include expertise in deal structuring, investment sourcing, and financial modeling, complemented by a robust academic background culminating in a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Münster. Thomas also contributed to academia as a university lecturer, and possesses a strong foundation in consulting from roles at EY and PwC.
