Belen Edwards is currently a reporter at Mashable. Belen has also been a freelance writer for Netflix Geeked, and a writer for Screen Rant. Prior to that, they were an instructor at The Smithsonian Associates, a bookstacks assistant at Regenstein Library, and a resident dean special assistant at University of Chicago Housing and Residence Life.

Belen Edwards completed their Bachelor of Arts at the University of Chicago, focusing on English Language and Literature as well as Creative Writing.
