Cody Dales

Cody Dales currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Mashgin. Cody has previously worked as the Chief of Staff at Deserve and as a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Talkdesk. Cody has also worked as a Recruiting Sourcer at Carbon and as an English Teaching Assistant with The Fulbright Program. Dales began their professional career as a Dutch Research Assistant at Harvard University.

Cody Dales is currently a Master's Student in Finance at William & Mary. Prior to that, they attended Harvard University, where they earned their A.B. in Germanic Languages and Literatures, cum laude. Cody also holds a certification from UC Berkeley Extension in Certificate, Human Resource Management, with Distinction, as well as a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Cody Dales reports to Abhinai Srivastava, Founder & CEO. They work with Bennett Bennett - Director of Customer Success, Jack Hogan - VP, Partnerships, and Toby Awalt - Director of Product MArketing.
