Ryan Michaels

Ryan Michaels is currently a Deployment Engineer at Mashgin, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Apple as a Genius from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were an Independent Performing Arts Professional, where they worked as a Singer/Actor from 2010 to 2018.

Ryan Michaels has been pursuing an education in acting at The William Esper Studio since 2017. Ryan also attended The University of Akron from 2010 to the present, studying Business/Corporate Communications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Apple, including Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) in February 2020, Apple Certified iOS Technician in July 2019, and Apple Service Fundamentals in September 2018.
