Isaac Mashman is the founder & acting CEO of Mashman Ventures. After seeing a lack of transparency in the public relations space, and a gap in the market of personal branding, he decided to jump headfirst to disrupt the industry. He specializes in helping create and maintain unrivaled personal brands for people who want to be followed, in demand, and respected.

Aside from running the company in his day-to-day, Isaac hosts Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman podcast and is expanding his career in a multitude of fields.

He published his first book, Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence on November 1st, 2021. 

In January 2022 Isaac Mashman launched two new companies, Mashman Investments and Mashman Properties within one week of each other.

Steve Thorpe is a therapist specializing in individual, couples, parenting, family therapy, and executive coaching.

He takes an approach to therapy that creates a safe space for clients where they can explore and heal the difficult and painful issues that are showing up in their lives. With his clients, they move beyond problem-solving into releasing the deeply held mistaken beliefs and core unresolved issues behind painful symptoms. With a body-centered and somatic approach, it allows Steve to work directly with the client’s nervous systems to address symptoms like anxiety, racing thoughts, and irrational fears as well as feeling stuck, depressed and unavailable, or unresponsive to life and relationships.

Integrating traditional psychotherapy with coaching, mindfulness, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Somatic work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Integrative Nutritional Counseling, and other evidence-based approaches. Working together to clear that path so that the client’s most authentic, creative, and passionate self can emerge and shine through. He finds that getting to the core mistaken beliefs and unexpressed emotions hiding behind issues and symptoms allows the person to go beyond problem-solving into a transformational space where anything is possible.

Thorpe has a Master's Degrees in Montessori Education, Clinical and School Counseling, and Transformational Leadership and Coaching. He was a Montessori teacher and trainer for seventeen years and provides parent coaching and education most often. Over the years, Steve has created Family Engagement programs in over sixty schools that have brought at-risk families together while teaching them literacy and relationship skills. He continues to develop emotional intelligence, resiliency, and relationship-building programs for schools, non-profits, and corporations.

In July of 2021, Steve Thorpe joined the Mashman Ventures’ team as the Lead Mental Health Advisor, acting as an additional layer of support for its members.

Growing up near Nashville, Tennessee, Tristan T. Roberts was always around music and different forms of audio. Doing what every person should, he turned his interests into a business and is now the head audio engineer for artist, Jelly Roll.

First connecting with Isaac Mashman in 2019, they maintained contact and began working together on different projects on and off. 

In 2021 Tristan joined the team as the Head of Audio for [Mashman Ventures](/org/mashman-ventures).

Logan Mandeville is a businessman, creative, fitness trainer, and model. Growing up with the aspirations of being a running back for the NFL his athletic dreams were cut short after experiencing a grade 3 concussion during his sophomore year. With going Pro out of the question, he diverted his energy towards fitness and began to build and tone muscle. 

Seeing success in the gym, Logan started to post fitness-related content across his various social channels which resulted in a growing audience and the beginnings of brand deals. Doing this for several years in 2020 an agent scouted Mandeville to pursue modeling professionally. This is also the year that he went viral, crossing 100,000 followers on TikTok around October, soon followed by 100,000 on Instagram in January 2021.  

Logan Mandeville is currently building his company [Mandeville Fitness](/org/mandeville-fitness) which offers a series of health-related resources, and 1-on-1 training with Logan himself. 

Logan joined the [Mashman Ventures](/org/mashman-ventures) team as Lead Personal Trainer in June of 2021.

Professionally known as "Hynesite," Mitchel Hines is a musical artist, sales representative, and the Lead Audio Producer for [Mashman Ventures](/org/mashman-ventures).

Isaac connected with Mitchel through Twitter in 2020 and had him create both the intro and outro soundtrack for his podcast Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman.
