Aarnav Shah

Aarnav Shah is currently a Researcher at Cal Poly Engineering, conducting experimental research on spinal loads' effects on jump and gait dynamics under the guidance of Dr. Shreeshan Jena. Aarnav utilizes motion capture data and force plates for research purposes. In addition, Aarnav serves as an Engineering Project Management Intern at Masimo, while previously holding the role of Data Analysis/PM Intern at Aarmay Consulting, where responsibilities included coordinating a cross-functional team, analyzing user sessions, and monitoring project finances to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Prior experience includes serving as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's, where training involved onboarding new crew members and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
