Ewa Stasila

Ewa Stasila is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in international payroll management. Currently serving as Director of Payroll at Masimo since November 2018, Ewa has progressively advanced through multiple roles, demonstrating expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and system process improvements. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Autodesk, where major accomplishments included transitioning Russian payroll processing and leading the development of payroll handbooks for EMEA and Latin America. Ewa has also held key positions at Actuate International Sarl, managing payroll for various countries and implementing efficiency improvements. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Krakow University of Economics, a Certificat HRSE from IFP, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
