Francois Martel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport since August 2024, Francois has also been an IT Infrastructure Specialist at The Lion Electric Co. since May 2018. In addition, Francois has been at Masimo as the Supervisor for Tech Support since November 2007, leading service activities across Canada and managing technical and repair personnel. Earlier in the career, Francois provided field support and product training at BHM Medical from November 2002 to November 2007.
