Glenn Pohly

Glenn Pohly has extensive work experience in quality assurance and reliability engineering. Glenn served as the Vice President of Reliability Engineering at Masimo Corporation from 2019 to present, where they are responsible for product quality and reliability. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Quality Assurance at Masimo Corporation from 2012 to 2019. In this role, they managed product quality and reliability, production quality at a large factory, supplier qualification and management, and material regulatory compliance. Before joining Masimo Corporation, they worked as the Director of Product Quality and Compliance at Symmetricom from 2011 to 2012, and as the Director of Quality & Sustainability at Extreme Networks, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. Glenn started their career as the Director of Quality & Reliability at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation from 2000 to 2006, where they managed the quality systems and reliability of semiconductor products for the telecommunications market, including regulatory material compliance and customer relationships.

Glenn Pohly attended the University of San Francisco from 1999 to 2000 but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. Glenn then attended Penn State University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
