H Michael Cohen is an experienced leader in the healthcare investment banking and advisory sectors, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Masimo since July 2018, and as a member of the Advisory Board at Paragon Biosciences since September 2018. H Michael Cohen is also the Founder of Outer Banks, an advisory boutique catering to private medical device, specialty pharma, biotechnology, and LST&D companies. Previously, H Michael Cohen held the position of Vice Chairman at Deutsche Bank Securities from November 1999 to May 2018, and has held significant roles at Cowen and Company, Union Bank of Switzerland, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Hambrecht & Quist. H Michael Cohen earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont.
