Hung Chau

Hung Chau has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technical services. Hung worked at Henkel from 2005 to 2016, where they held the position of Sr. Tech Service Engineer. During their time at Henkel, Hung Chau gained expertise in various areas including semiconductor materials, packaging, equipment, and research and development. Hung was involved in the development and launch of multiple products and conducted research to improve thermal resistance in package devices. In 2016, Hung Chau joined Masimo as a Sr. Process Engineer II and later transitioned to the role of Principal Process Engineer. No end date is provided for their current role.

Hung Chau obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Hung later pursued a Masters in Engineering specializing in Materials and Manufacturing Technology at UC Irvine from 2007 to 2010.
