Jad Noueihed

Jad Noueihed, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Algorithms Engineer at Masimo, focusing on the development of algorithms for noninvasive monitoring of physiological signals. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Boston University, where machine learning was employed to analyze neural activity and automate processing of large multimodal data sets. Jad Noueihed's academic background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering culminated in a PhD from Boston University, complemented by an M.S. in Communications Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a B.E. in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Earlier career highlights include leadership as the Head of Engineering at Medtel-WN and significant engineering contributions at Dar Al Handasah, Vodafone, and Freescale Semiconductor.
