Kevin Bui is an accomplished engineer with a background in biomedical engineering and computer science. Currently serving as Engineer II on the Technology Board Software Team at Masimo since November 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Engineer I in the same team. Prior to Masimo, Kevin gained valuable experience as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Xinetix Medical Product Development, where firmware and algorithms were developed for medical device components and diagnostic devices. Additionally, an internship at CoAction Consulting, LLC involved creating firmware for a bioreagent transportation product, alongside training engineers. Kevin’s experience also includes a role as Manufacturing Test Engineer at Equinox Ophthalmic, Inc., where manufacturing processes were planned for clinical trials under FDA regulations, and an internship at Buivision, Inc. focused on prototype development and thermal testing. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Orange Coast College.
