Laura Ren

Laura Ren has extensive work experience in supply chain operations and systems. Laura is currently the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations and Systems at Masimo, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director and Director of Global Supply Operations and Systems at Masimo from 2020 to 2022 and from 2015 to 2020, respectively. Before joining Masimo, Laura worked as a Senior Program Management Consultant for Baxter International Inc. and Motorola Solution Inc. In this role, they provided PMO program consultancy services for both companies. In addition, Laura held various managerial positions within Motorola Inc., including Sr. IT Manager, Sr. Manager of Global Business Operations and PMO, and Account Manager of Business Development and Program Management. Laura also worked at Motorola Inc., China, where they served as a Manager of Sales Operations and Product Marketing, as well as a Manager of Supply Chain Operations, Quality, and Production Engineering. In these roles, Laura gained experience in industries such as telecom, information systems, electronics, medical devices, semiconductor, and high-tech electronics, and developed skills in areas such as program management, business strategy, supply chain operations, and product marketing.

Laura Ren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University. Laura then went on to complete a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the same university. Later, they obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree with a focus on Program Management from Northwestern University. Additionally, Laura Ren has obtained various certifications such as ISO14001, ISO9000, IT Portfolio Management, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Managing Projects, and PMP Certificate.
