Linnette Torres

Linnette Torres currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Quality and Regulatory at Masimo since August 2025. Prior to this role, Torres was the Chief Quality Officer at Integra LifeSciences from September 2024 to July 2025, where strategic leadership was provided to a global team of over 600 professionals, resulting in the development of an enterprise-wide Compliance Master Plan with the FDA. From February 2015 to October 2019, Torres held multiple senior positions at Edwards Lifesciences, starting as the Sr. Vice President of Critical Care Quality, leading the development and implementation of a global quality vision across more than 2000 medical device SKUs. Subsequent roles included Quality Senior Director of Pilot Operations, enhancing quality systems and halving product development times, and Quality Director of Quality System and Operations, managing over 500 medical device SKUs while pioneering a regulatory inspection program with zero findings.
